HD17 HD17.5 Tungsten Heavy Alloy Bars Surface Machined 5.0mm to
120mm Thickness
Tungsten heavy alloy bar is consist of 85-99% tungsten with
balanced commonly nickel and iron or copper. Tungsten alloys are
made by liquid-phase sintering to give a structure consisting of
almost pure tungsten particles in a matrix of the alloy elements.
tungsten alloy bar is enlarging a hole that has already been
drilled or cast by means of a single-point cutting tool to achieve
greater accuracy of the diameter of a hole such as in boring a
cannon barrel. In addition, it can be used to cut a tapered hole.
Introduction of Tungsten Heavy Alloy Bars:

Tungsten Alloy Bar Applications:
*Balancing weights High quality Tungsten heavy alloy bar
*The war industry with the ball core, the ball link.the shrapnel, the
armor-piercing shell uses the ball
*Substitutional material for Uranium
*Electroheat upsetting anvil block
*High voltage electrical contact
*Electrodes for Resistance Welding
*Radioactive shields Hi
