1.Description:
This instrument is composed of a CT-008 microcomputer force control
instrument and high-precision tension sensors to form a force
measurement system. It features high force measurement accuracy,
stable performance, automatic display of test results, and the
ability to display the tension and friction coefficient values in a
cyclic manner. It complies with the test method for static friction
coefficient in Appendix A of GB/T 37798-2019 "Evaluation of
Anti-Slip Grades for Ceramic Tiles", and the GB/T 4100-2015
"Ceramic Tiles" Appendix M "Determination of Friction Coefficient",
and can be tested in both dry and wet methods. It is an ideal
equipment for measuring the anti-slip performance and friction
coefficient of ceramic floor tiles.
2.Working Principle
This instrument is composed of a CT-008 microcomputer force control
device, a manual force application mechanism (or an optional
electric force application mechanism), a pressure sensor, and a
working platform.
An electrically-powered force application mechanism is used to
exert a horizontal force on the tested object. The resulting
pressure is sensed by a pressure sensor, which generates an
electrical signal. This signal is then sent to the CT-008
microcomputer force control instrument for data processing and the
test results are displayed.
