The dissolved air flotation machineis an efficient and stable water treatment equipment that clarifies
wastewater by removing oils, greases or other solid suspended
matter. Its process design is to dissolve gas into water to the
maximum extent under pressure, striving to be in a supersaturated
state, and then release air at atmospheric pressure in the
flotation tank. The released air forms a large number of tiny
bubbles, which adhere to the suspended matter in the water, causing
it to float to the water surface with the bubbles, forming scum,
which is then removed by a scraping device.
Working principle
Air flotation separation technology refers to dissolving air into
water to the maximum extent under a certain working pressure. The
next step is to release the pressure-dissolved air water, thereby
generating a large number of fine bubbles, which are fully in
contact with the oil and suspended flocs in the wastewater, so that
they adhere to the microbubbles and float to the water surface with
the bubbles to form scum. The scum is scraped off by the scraping
system to achieve the effect of purifying water quality. Heavy particles flow through the inclined plate settling
zone, settling to the bottom of the sediment device, and discharged
to the sludge tank through the pipeline, then do subsequent
processing, and the Clarified purified water will be discharge by
the equipment center tube.
