adjusted steplessly.
According to the actual requirements of the customer's bottle type,
the labeling drum label feeding line speed and the bottle outer
diameter composite line speed (the vector sum of the large
turntable revolution line speed and the bottle rotation line speed)
are completely equal between high, medium and low speeds, large,
small and bottles, to ensure the labeling effect.
The label feeding servo motor can achieve the function of no bottle
no label feeding and no bottle no glue application at low speed.
When the production line ensures that the bottle enters the machine
intermittently, the label station can smoothly switch between label
feeding and no label feeding, and the label cutting accuracy is
normal.
If an abnormal situation occurs during the operation of the
machine, the automatic control system will automatically alarm,
automatically slow down and stop or stop immediately. In case of
emergency, the machine can be manually stopped by pressing the
emergency stop button.

1)Standard station traction roller:
The mechanism is driven by a servo motor and a synchronous belt, which drives the traction roller to rotate. The label film is sandwiched between the traction roller and the rubber roller, so the label film is driven and pulled. The rubber roller has a manual adjustment device to tighten the label film, so that the label film does not slide. The application of the tensioning sleeve greatly improves the stability of label feeding.
2) Labeling drum:
Its function is to suck the cut fixed-length labels from the label suction drum, transfer them to the glue roller for gluing, and stick the labels to the surface of the bottle. Through the advanced cam structure design, the glue is only present at the two ends of the label, and the glue consumption is extremely small. This labeling drum is processed by its own five-axis linkage machining center to ensure that its dimensional tolerance reaches the precision level, improve the uniformity and stability of gluing and reduce glue consumption.
3)Labeling Station Platform:
It provides fixed support for each component of the labeling station. When changing the height of the bottle and the label, the position and height of the labeling station platform must be adjusted.
4)Label cutting and label suction drum:
The label film pulled from the traction roller is sucked onto the drum according to the designed spacing. The label suction drum is equipped with three/four moving knives, which cut the label film into labels of fixed length during the rotation process. The gap between the fixed knife and the moving knife can be easily adjusted through the intermittent sheets of different thicknesses.
5)Sol machine:
When working, the glue dissolving machine melts the hot melt glue and supplies it to the glue coating mechanism at constant pressure. The glue coating roller evenly coats the glue on both ends of the label by rolling glue. The application of constant temperature heating tube makes the hot melt glue supply more stable.
6)Glue coating roller:
During operation, the cylinder pushes the gluing mechanism to make the gluing roller and the labeling drum fit together. The gluing roller evenly applies glue on both ends of the label by rolling glue. The glue roller adopts laser engraving with small deformation and clear lines to improve the uniformity and stability of gluing and reduce glue consumption.
7)Labeling drum automatic glue erasing system (optional):
The glue removal liquid is sprayed on the brush roller through a pump (the brush roller is driven by pneumatic and servo motors, and different configurations are made according to different customer cleaning needs). Here is a brief introduction to the brush roller driven by the servo motor: the motor drives the brush roller, and there is a reasonable matching relationship between the brush roller speed and the labeling drum linear speed. The brush and the labeling drum move in opposite directions at the contact point (the rotation direction is the same). The brush material also plays an important role (our company uses high-quality brushes). The glue on the labeling drum is removed by the friction of the brush roller at the contact point. The brush can be set to rotate forward and reverse according to needs, and keep rotating in the same direction. The glue particles on the labeling drum will sometimes cling to the suction block to form a hard knot. The reversal of the brush will make the hard knot stand up, which is easier to clean. The forward and reverse time can be set according to the actual working conditions, and the servo motor can achieve it very conveniently.
8)Deviation Corrector:
The German Leimer deflection correction device is used to correct the position of the trademark during the label feeding process, so that the label can be kept at the same height and smoothly transmitted to the traction rod.
9):Label plate and label guide roller:
This labeling machine is equipped with two label trays, which are convenient for fast label connection during the production process and reduce the label changing time. The label guide roller plays the role of storing label film, and when the label film is running low, the sensor in the constant tension mechanism can give a sensor signal according to the position of the tension roller. The sensor signal sends a signal to the servo motor to drive the label tray to supply and stop supplying labels in a timely manner.
10) Servo screw conveyor:
The servo screw conveyor part, the screw conveyor completes the function of fixed distance and bottle separation. Its characteristics: it can run smoothly under the condition of large bottles and high speed. The servo motor of this mechanism drives the screw conveyor, that is, when a fault occurs at the bottle inlet, such as bottle jamming, plugging, etc., the screw rod cannot rotate normally. At this time, the servo motor automatically detects the overload data and terminates the transmission function. The photoelectric sensor receives the overload signal and the host stops.
11)Chainway:
It is linked with the conveyor line to ensure that the bottle conveying speed is strictly consistent with the main machine and is relatively stable at high speed.
12)Spindle system:
This part mainly transmits the power from the main servo motor to the bottle pressing mechanism through gears.
13)Bottle pressing mechanism:
This part is mainly composed of the bottle pressing head, which moves in the track cam. When the bottle rotates in the large turntable, the bottle is stably pressed on the bottle cap to meet the labeling requirements. The elastic bottle pressing head ensures that the bottle is elastically pressed on the bottle mouth from beginning to end when the height is within the adjustable circle.
14)Cam and height adjustment system:
This part is mainly to adjust the bottle pressing mechanism up and down by changing the height of the bottle. The principle is as follows: the worm gear reduction motor provides power to drive the large screw rod, while loosening the diaphragm clamping cylinder, and the large screw rod drives the entire system and the bottle pressing mechanism to slide up and down.
15)Main motor:
Servo motor is used to provide power, which is powerful. Brand servo motor is trouble-free and has a longer life.
16)Bottle support transmission:
The bottle holder components of this mechanism are distributed on a
large turntable with uniform quality. The bottle holder can be
changed according to the bottle type. The bottle holder is designed
as a quick-change bottle holder. It is driven by the main servo
motor through a multi-V belt pulley, with a small rotational
inertia and smooth rotation. The bottle is transported to the
bottle holder by the bottle feed dial wheel, and the bottle
pressing head is pressed down. The bottle holder and the bottle
pressing head rotate concentrically together. After passing the
label brushing station, the flat brush brushes the unpasted edge of
the label paper to the bottle wall, and the rolling brush makes it
fit more tightly. The self-rotation of the bottle is directly
driven by the servo motor driven multi-V belt to achieve the best
match with the speed of the labeling drum. Finally, the bottle with
the label attached is transported to the chain track by the bottle
discharge dial wheel.
The bottle drag quick change mechanism facilitates the rapid
replacement of different bottle types when changing production,
reduces the changeover time and improves production efficiency.
Changeover steps:
(1).The bottle to be replaced is rotated to the operating position
(2).Push the quick lock key to remove the bottle holder to be replaced.
(3).Push the locking key into the bottle to be replaced and release the locking key.
17) Bottle wheel:
They are the bottle inlet wheel and bottle outlet wheel, with the
middle guide plate, all made of wear-resistant nylon material. The
contact position between the middle guide plate and the bottle
adopts roller design and has almost no wear on the bottle. It is
completely matched with the bottle holder speed, so that the bottle
inlet and outlet are extremely smooth. This part must be replaced
when changing the bottle type. This part adopts a quick-change
handle structure, so that the adjustment is faster and easier to
use.
18) Automatic label receiving mechanism (optional):
The function of this mechanism is to ensure that the labeling
machine can quickly connect the label of the new material roll to
the label of the material roll that is about to be used under
normal operation, reduce downtime, and improve the production
