It is designed for backlight applications and has a current mode output type. It is packaged in a SC-74A, SOT-753 Digi-ReelR Alternate Packaging and is surface mountable. It has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C (TA) and a maximum operating temperature of +85°C and a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.
