Polyethylene winding, the semi-finished pipe sprayed with
polyurethane insulation layer is spirally run on the transmission
line, the extruder extrudes a certain thickness of molten
polyethylene sheet is wound on the outer surface of the insulation
layer, with the continuous rotation of the semi-finished pipe, the
extruder continuously extrudes the molten polyethylene sheet, and
is superficially wound on the surface of the polyurethane layer
according to the controlled pitch.
Technological flow of the polyurethane coating steel preinsulated pipe equipment:
1. Remove rust from steel pipe surface
2. Heat the steel pipe to get it ready for polyurethane spraying
3. Spray polyurethane evenly on steel pipe outer surface
4. Wrap melted HDPE strap around the PU foam
5. Trim the pipe ends
Spray cooling: The semi-finished pipe wrapped with the polyethylene
outer coating is cooled by an online spray device. The polyethylene
outer coating tightly wraps the polyurethane insulation layer on
the steel pipe/piece to complete the production of the polyethylene
outer coating.
When the sensor senses the insulation pipe, the control system
automatically starts the cutting saw. When the saw blade rotates at
a high speed, the cutting mechanism as a whole performs ring
cutting at the advancing speed of the insulation pipe. Dynamic
cutting not only ensures the cutting quality of the product, but
also ensures the continuity of production and improves production
efficiency.
Rust removal of steel pipe/piece, the hydraulic lifting mechanism is used to transport the steel pipe/piece to the transmission pipe conveying line of the steel pipe shot blasting cleaning line, and the steel pipe/piece is turned and entered the shot blasting room. When the signal of the steel pipe/piece is collected by the internal sensor, the control system commands the shot gate to open, and the pellets are thrown against the outer wall of the steel pipe to remove the rust and impurities attached to the outer wall of the steel pipe. The steel pipe workpiece enters the output roller table, and after shot blasting, the outer surface of the steel pipe workpiece meets the requirements of sa2.5.
