HT-IQT Silicon Piezoresistive Pressure Sensor
Introduction of silicon pressure sensor:
HT-IQT is a flush diaphragm pressure sensor with a highly stable
high temperature diffusion silicon chip. The sensitive chip does
not directly contact the measured medium. The pressure is
transferred to the sensitive chip through the stainless steel
diaphragm and the sealing silicone oil, and the resistance bridge
of the chip changes, resulting in a change in voltage, and the
voltage changes to the millivolt level. This product is high
temperature clamp structure, easy to clean will not produce
crystallization in the thread end, easy to clean, simple
installation, high reliability. Suitable for food, health and other
industries.

1. In the assembly, pay attention to the coordination of the core
size and the transmitter housing to achieve the required sealing
2. During the housing assembly process, ensure that it is
vertically aligned and apply even pressure to avoid jamming or
damaging the compensation plate.
3. If the medium under test is incompatible with the core diaphragm
and housing material (316L), special instructions should be
provided when placing the order.
4. Avoid pressing the sensor diaphragm with hands or sharp objects
to avoid deformation or puncture of the diaphragm and damage to the
core.
5. Keep the pressure port of the gauge core open to the atmosphere
to prevent water, water vapor or corrosive media from entering the
negative pressure chamber of the gauge core.
6. If any pin changes, refer to the label on the actual core wire.
