TQSF series suction type gravity destoner machine is mainly used for grading and stone removing of wheat, paddy rice, peanut, corn, soybean, etc. it can also be used for seed selection.
Description
Gravity classification stone machine will be divided into the following four kinds of materials: heavy materials, light materials, sand and light miscellaneous materials. During the operation, the material first enters the upper first section of screen surface from the feeding device. Under the combined action of reciprocating vibration of screen surface and bottom-up air flow, the material is automatically graded.
Light material floats on the upper part of the material layer to form the upper part of the screen and is discharged from the outlet, while light and miscellaneous materials are absorbed by the air flow.
Technical Parameter
The discharge port of suction specific gravity stone remover is divided into the upper discharge port connected with the right end of the pre separation screen surface and the lower discharge port connected with the right side of the stone removal screen surface, which can separate the impurities, sick particles, light materials that can not be removed by suction, and the non full materials from the full materials. The full materials go out through the upper discharge port alone, and the full materials go out from the lower discharge port.
