MGCZ Double Body Paddy Separator is suitable for a rice mill with an output of 100~200 t/d husked rice and used for separation of paddy after processing of raw rice in a rice husker, in order to separate pure husked rice from the mixture of paddy and husked rice.
Working Principle
In production, one layer of screen surface often can't meet the process requirements, so it needs multi-layer screen surface combination to screen effectively. Therefore, the combination of screen surface is reasonable or not, which also plays an important role in the screening process.
There are three methods of combination of screen surface: the method of material on screen, the method of material under screen and the method of mixing.
Screening method: continuous screening of the materials on the screen to separate the materials under the screen with different particle sizes,
Under sieve method: the under sieve is sieved continuously to separate the over sieve with different particle size,
Mixing method: the combination method of screen surface by mixing the above screen material method and the under screen material method,
