Maintenance method:

1. After use, the gourd shall be cleaned and coated with anti-rust grease and stored in a dry place.

2. The maintenance and overhaul should be carried out by those familiar with the hoist mechanism to prevent those who do not understand the

performance principle of the machine from dismantling at will.

3. Gear installation shall be operated according to the drawing.

4. When installing the groove nut, turn the hand wheel clockwise first, so that the ratchet wheel and friction plate are pressed on the brake air seat

and then the groove nut is installed.

5. After cleaning, inspection and overhaul of the hoist, no-load and heavy-load tests should be carried out to confirm that the hoist is working

normally, automatic and reliable before crosslinking.The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean
