Electric control system

1. Large crane electric control housing adopts standardized design, thus easy to replace and install.

LB explosion-proof single girder crane is based on LDA and meet the standards of GB3836.2000 and GB3836.2-2000. This type of crane has explosion proof hoist, lift capacity is from 1 ton to 30 tons, and span is from 3.5 meters to 35.5 meters. Work duty is A3 to A5; working temperature is from -25°C to +40°C.

Explosion Proof Hoist:
This type crane is widely used in factory, store house and cargo yard, forbid to be used in corrosive and explosive places.

1. Lifting motor: Tapered rotor three-phase asynchronous braking motors
2. Reducer: three-lever dead axle helical gear rotating body, gear and the axle made by alloy steel after heat treatment, high intensity
3. Rope drum: made of cast iron or seamless steel tube, light weight, transmit the dynamic force by splines.
4. Steel wire rope: it uses GB1120-774(6*37+7) hoist steel wire rope which is durable in use
5. Forge with special steel: thrust ball bearing connect with casting through hook and beam to make the hook operate freely.
