2. What’s the square meter of your factory?

Our factory is about 52, 000 square meter, there are two floors. The first floor is work shop, the second floor is for package and warehouse.

3. How about your production capacity?

Our production capacity is 12000-15000pcs/month.

4. How many workers in your factory?

There are about 100 workers in our factory.

5. How can you produce 15000pcs a month with 100 people?

For our normal size steel cabinet, we have the top, side, bottom, doors in stock. Once you place order, we can arrange painting immediately.

6. How many engineers in your company?

There are 6 engineers in our factory, 1 head engineer, 1 engineer for appearance design, the others for product structure.

7. What’s your delivery time?

The standard products 30 days after receive the receipt of L/C or 30% by T/T. The sample can finish in 5-7 days.

8. What is your minimum order?

1x20GP mixture, sample order also can be accepted.

9. Can I order a sample or trial order to test the quality and market?

Yes, of course. And the sample freight should be paid by you.

Besides, it can process the parts of which the length is up to 2500mm,the width is up to 1500mm and the range of the thickness is from 0.5mm to 2.0mm.this machine can process one part within 30 seconds to fulfill the capacity of diversified production.

The factory is specialized in steel filing cabinet, steel locker, cupboard, mobile pedestal, office desk, book shelves, goods rack etc with customers around the world. In addition, before the production, QC shall test the toughness, flatness, thickness of steel plates, and ensure plate size error is within the allowable range, surface is smooth and free from concave and burr. Then, workers shall fill in process card then will move to the following procedure of laser cutting .The workers will produce according to the operating instructions and drawings strictly to guarantee the accuracy of side cutting and punching.,which the tolerance is within 0.1mm.

Before packaging, QC will overall check the whole structure, surface and parts.,etc by pre- assembly. At packaging, workers must strictly follow export transportation standard to do package and make sure the quantity of parts are correct and the layout is suitable and firm.
