Oilfield Single Arm Weldless Links DH 500 Elevator Link​

Product Overview

Elevator Links are designed to hang elevators from Top Drive System or Hooks. Each elevator link of one pair is forged from one single billet of high strength alloy steel, heat treated and MPI tested. Additional material is added in critical wear areas for extended life. The design safety factor and design verification of the elevator links conform to requirements of API Spec 8A or API Spec 8C, any elevator links are proof load tested to 1.5 times the working load. Each elevator link of one pair is marked with Serial Number for traceability.

Rating loads of perfection links series are 50 ton, 65ton and 75ton. For perfection links rated 100 ton or 150ton, contact manufacturer to order. For perfection link compatibility purpose, not to use perfection links which have a capacity too low for carrying the load intended (dynamic+static), Warranty period of perfection links is 12 months from the date of field service or 18 months from date of shipment.

Each elevator link of one pair is forged from one single billet of high strength alloy steel, heat treated, surface-strengthen treated and NDT for super performance and long service.

The rating loads of elevator links series are 150t(1350kN),200t (1800kN),250t (2250kN),350t (3150kN),500t (4500kN).

All the technical data and properties of elevator links completely conform to the requirements of SY/T 5035 and API Spec 8C.

Structural of DH Elevator Links

Elevator links can work in pairs. The elevator link upper eye is used for the hook link ear, and the elevator link lower eye is used for the elevator.
