1. GCK low voltage reactive intelligent compensation device uses computer aided design (CAD) and introduces the microcomputer control for intelligent tracking on reactive power compensation. It has reasonable structure, advanced technology and is widely used among low voltage power grid to improve power factor, reduce reactive loss and improve the quality of power supply. It is a new energy-saving product which is exclusively used to reactive power compensation for 130-600 kVA three-phase transformers. This Type low-voltage drawer switchgears adopt design of standard modules and a compact structure. Basic structure of cabinets is assembled with C profiles. All frames and inner isolation plates are galvanized and passivated, and door panels and side plates are treated by electrostatic spraying. Each functional unit can operates relatively independently, and that of out-going lines can be installed with at most 36 circuits. Several schemes are available for users to choose, including top in-coming line, top out-going line, bottom in-coming line, bottom out-going line, etc

2. The design of the GGD cabinet fully takes into account the heat dissipation during the operation of the cabinet. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet are heated, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot, and the cold air is continuously replenished into the cabinet by the lower slot to make the sealed cabinet to form a natural air passage from the bottom to the end for heat dissipation.

GGD cabinet according to the requirements of modern industrial product design, using the golden ratio method to design the cabinet shape and the size of each part of the division, which are beautiful and generous, fresh. The hinge of the cabinet door is connected with the frame, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. A mountain-shaped rubber strip is embedded in the folded edge of the door. When the door is closed, the insert between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can preven the door from cracking the cabinet and also increases the degree of protection of the door. The instrument door with electrical components is connected to the frame by lots of soft copper coins. The mounting piece and the frame in the cabinet are connected by knurled screws, and the whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection circuit.

4. The main circuit of the GGD cabinet is designed with 129 schemes and a total of 298 specifications (excluding the functional changes of the auxiliary circuits and the control schemes and specifications derived from the control voltage).
