Twin Screw Gearbox Introduction

The TDSN twin screw gearbox is engineered to meet the latest ISO1328 standards, utilizing precision cylindrical gears with spherical involute profiles. Leveraging our extensive experience and expertise in twin-screw extruders, the TDSN gearboxes are meticulously crafted using world-class design concepts specifically for co-rotating twin-screw extruders, and they feature fully independent intellectual property rights.

The gears are manufactured from high-quality, high-strength alloy carburizing steel, with teeth undergoing carburizing and quenching processes. All gear grinding operations are performed using imported gear grinding machines to ensure precision. Gear parameters are optimized and specifically designed to suit the operational characteristics of twin-screw extruders, effectively reducing stress concentration at the gear roots and enhancing surface conditions.

We have significantly improved the gear’s flexural fatigue resistance, fatigue strength, and the width-to-diameter ratio. Additionally, the latest design principles and heat treatment technologies have been applied to the gear structure, ensuring uniform precision and strength across all components.

	NO.3 Finish Machining Many sets of finishing equipment,such as CNC Grinding Machine,NC Boring Machine,etc.Further processing of each working procedure,the accuracy is higher,only you.
NO.4 Gearbox Inspection High-end testing equipment and instruments,processional inspection team,the gearbox shape,center distance,inner hole and into the next procedure,after inspection and correct.
