1) Parts Application:

Cavity mold inserts are for 18/36 pin electronic connector. and they are used in high volume eclectronics application. It required precision as well as durability, and required features that would enhance the manufacturability of the finished parts. They are designed to allow for frequent change overs during production, while maintaining a high degree of precision.

2) Processing Equipment:

Part are manufactured utilizing our precision surface grinding. Our grinding can keep +/-0.001mm tolerance. and very good Radius clearance, as weel as a high-level surface roughness.

3) Ohter In-house Capabilities:

Precision EDM, including Mitsubishi EDM, Sodick EDM, Fanuc CNC, Mistsbishi FA Wire EDM. Grinding include Surface Grinder, Cylinder Grinder, Centerless Grinder.

4) Measurements:
CMM, Nikon Projectors,Mitutoyo Digital Caliper, Mitutoyo Digital Height Gauge, Rockwell Hardness Inspection Instrument, Microscopes, etc.
