Application

Specially designed for small craft batch production which is suitable for wood furniture, Kitchen Cabinet Door, Art embossed screen, Art windows, Embossed Craft, Photo Frame, Home Appliances Cabinet, sports goods, wood toys and other soft metals engraving.

Features

1. 10 Spindles on 2 independent Z-axis, each Z-axis is equipped with 5 spindles, 10 spindles working at same time,Greatly improved the working efficiency. Each spindle can be switched off /on seperately.

2. Square steel tube structure as a whole with vibration temper aging treatment ensures no deformation for long time.

3. Hiwin Linear square guide rail for all axis with high precision helical gears pinion transmission which effectively improved the working speed on the premise of ensuring accuracy.

4. Z axis with high precision lead ball screw transmission, high precision and more durable.

5. Adopt China hybrid servo motor and driver, high precision working, ensured the high speed and long time working.

6. Y axis is with dual motors driven. The load-free speed is more than 25000mm/min. Matched with large power spindle, obviously improved the working speed.

7. High variable speed 2.2kw water cooling spindle, each spindle has auto calibration fixture, more conveient for each one Z-axis 0 point setting, bigger torque, longer life, strong cutting ability and continuous working for long time.

8. Original PCI NcStudio control system with its characteristic pre-calculation rule, fully excavates potentialities of motors. Enable high processing speed, synchronization of Curve and straight line, more perfect curve working. Which is doing well in various application industry for its excellent control technique, capable for not only batch production but also personalized fabrication.

9. Semi-auto-Lubricated oil path system more convenient for maintenance.

10. Favorable compatibility with various Cam softwares such as Type3/Artcam/Mastercam/Caxa. With intelligent over limit protection function which can stop the mechanical collision due to unproper size given to the design.

11. With the function of Break-point memory, power failure resuming and automatic home/origin correction function. Effectively ensure long time working precision.
