Where VDP machine used?

1. Used for Power Equipment: such as Power Transformer installation & maintenance, current Transformer, Swithgear .

2. Used for all insulation Oil's clean/ purification: such as transformer oil, circuit breaker oil, switchgear oil...

3. Used to increase the insulation oil/ dielectric oil's dielectric strength value/ Breakdown voltage value BDV.

VDP-150 Features:

1. VDP-150 is With Capacity as 9000Liters/Hour. If you need other smaller capacity or higher capacity, please Contact Sales.

2. VDP-150 can increase your Insulation oil's dielectric strength from 20KV to be higher than 80KV.

3. VDP -150 is vacuum system with one normal vacuum pump & one mechnical booster pump. The Vacuum degree in this machine will be from -0.98MPA~~ -0.8MPA.

4. In high vacuum degree system, the moisture content will be fastly & completely removed by our pump.

5. Adopted Italy technology for our filters, the impurity in the oil after treated will not be larger than 3 mircorn.

6. Treated oil will have NAS 6 grade cleanness.
