Features:
1. PE base materials are polyethylene based masterbatch containing
75~84% calcium carbonate.
It is natural white with excellent dispersion.
2. It can be mixed with Polyethylene resin for blowing, extrusion
etc and is easy to disperse
with good compatibility. It has function as a modifierto improve
the heat resistance, flexural
strength, size stability and printability. It also reduces heat
release from burning and
therefore prevents further environmental pollution.
The filler masterbatch refers to the pellets prepared by mixing and kneading various additives, fillers and a small amount of carrier resin during the plastic processing and molding process for convenient operation.
