OUCO HS series injection moulding machine innovates the center
clamping structure, the force point of the hinge is located in the
middle of the tail plate and the moving template, which ensures the
horizontal transmission of the clamping force to the mould, the
deformation of the moving template is small, and the problem of
uneven wall thickness and product flashing edge caused by the
machine rarely occurs, so as to achieve the best molding effect.
The clamping structure is reliable and durable, compared with it,
the protection of the mold is more effective, and the repeatability
of opening and closing the mold is high. The clamping force
utilization is close to 100%. Our injection molding machine can
save 2~5% of raw material for most molds.
