PSA Oxygen Generator With Simple operation, low energy consumption, Purity Up To 93±3%

Working Principle Description:

After the raw air is pressurized by the air compressor, the air pretreatment system removes the solid impurities such as oil and dust and most of the gaseous water, and enters the adsorption tower equipped with zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS). The nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water vapor in the air are selectively adsorbed by the adsorbent, and the oxygen passes through the adsorption tower, and the oxygen is output as the product gas.

When the adsorbent in the adsorption tower is close to adsorption saturation, the compressed air enters another regenerated adsorption tower to continue adsorption. The saturated adsorption tower releases pressure by venting to the atmosphere, and introduces some product oxygen to clean the adsorbent bed, so that the saturated adsorbent can be desorbed and regenerated to prepare for the next adsorption. Under the control of PLC system, the adsorption tower circularly switches to complete continuous oxygen production. The oxygen is analyzed and measured by the instrument and sent to the user for use.
