Introduction

Working principle

When the flow rate exceeds the set value, the fluid pushes the blade and drives the microswitch at the top through a mechanism in the HFS-25 flow switch. Its single pole double throw switch contact (SPDT) enables one circuit to be turned on while cutting the other circuit. The flow switch is usually used where interlocking or "cut-off" protection is required. The number of blades can be adjusted and the blade length can be trimmed to meet the needs of different pipe diameters and flow rates.
