1. Conveyor:

2. Label Remover:

2) Loss rate: Without affecting the rate of label removal and ensuring the output remains unchanged, our company reduced the speed of the rotating blade, thereby reducing the rate of damage to the bottle mouth and reducing the loss.

3. Crusher:

1) The blade is externally adjustable, and the material DC53 adopts low temperature treatment, which has a longer life.

2) Anti-wear machine shell, wear plate can be replaced.

3) It is installed between the wall and the main shaft to prevent friction after the main shaft is running for a long time, resulting in increased sealing clearance and leakage.

4) Hydraulic control/electric screw control.

4. Hot Washer:

1) Electric heating and steam heating can be selected.

2) Caustic soda concentration: about 1-2%.

3) Power of full mixing paddle and motor: 4-7.5KW

4) Use a special paddle to stir the flakes with water inside, and the flakes will be kept in the hot scrubber for at least 12 minutes to ensure all cleaning.
