The key to the cleaning and recycling of waste PET bottles is the removal rate of impurities. The impurities include environmental pollutants, other materials attached to the original plastic products, and heterogeneous substances. The higher the purity, the more high-quality downstream products can be produced, and the lower the manufacturing cost and production loss of its downstream products. The bottle-to-bottle-level recycling and washing line is mainly used in the food-grade PET chip recycling project, which has a high degree of automation and effectively avoids human error.

The drum screening machine ensures the separation of materials from other debris: removing stones, wood chips, and small metals.

The stripper is mainly used to peel off the label paper on the surface of the PET bottle, especially the PVC or PS label applied to the PET bottle. Through the cooperation of the movable knife and the fixed knife, the label on the bottle body is peeled off together, and the difference between wind and gravity is used to separate the bottle body and the label, preserve the integrity of the bottle and the bottleneck, and reduce the loss of bottle top material.

The washing line equipped with automatic material sorting machine and color sorting machine can greatly reduce the investment of human resources and greatly improve production efficiency, so as to truly realize a highly automated clean recycling production line.

The sorting system is the sorting and screening of the bottle body before crushing, screening out a small amount of foreign matter (including heterogeneous bottles, heterochromatic bottles, a small amount of label scraps, metal reactants, garbage, etc.) One of the means of large-capacity production adjustment is crucial to the stability of process control, and its setting position requires a deep understanding of the key points of the process. Manual sorting is a re-inspection and a way to ensure quality.

The crushing system adopts wear-resistant design to ensure the continuous operation of the system for a long time.

Thermal cleaning effectively removes the remaining viscose, oil and some small impurities on the surface of the bottle flakes, which is very important to the life of downstream product filter components and product quality.

The high-speed centrifugal cleaning system applies corresponding blade strikes to different materials at a suitable rotation speed to achieve an ideal cleaning effect.

The drum of the washing tank is designed to be washed under strong pressure to remove residual impurities.

The corresponding centrifugal dehydration and hot air drying system can be equipped according to the moisture content set by the production requirements.

The whole line is automatically controlled, and the units of the system are associated with each other, and it has a predictive function for possible abnormal situations.
