1. Description:
Fluorescent tracer is used for various industrial circulating water system. PTSA is an inert fluorescent tracer. its fluorescence is strong, can be detect to 10PPB level of fluorescence signal.
In water processing system, the using amount of water treatment chemicals need to take consideration of the cost of treating chemicals and treating effect. Phosphorus-containing water treatment chemical can be detected by the phosphorus content to judge the chemicals content in the water system. While phosphorus-free water treatment chemical, by means of the instrument and by detecting the strength of the fluorescence signal, to determine the chemicals content. The fluorescent signal, is provided by the fluorescent tracer. Fluorescent tracer is formulated in a fixed proportion into a water treatment chemical (chemical: tracer=1000: 1) to form a fluorescent water treatment chemical.
In normal circumstance of industrial circulating water, the chemicals content is 50-100PPM, equivalent to the detection of 50-100PPB fluorescence signal in circulating water(1PPM = 1000PPB).
