Application of radiator recycling machine
This copper-aluminum separator can handle all kinds of water tanks, convection radiator, steel radiator, aluminum radiator, copper radiator, stainless steel radiator, copper aluminum radiator, and the original cast iron radiator.
Attention for radiator recycling machine
1). This radiator recycling machine can process the radiators which
is flat and non-deformed .
2). The diameter centerline of the copper pipes in level need to be
19mm or 21mm or 25 mm , if your radiator is other size , we also
can customized for you .
3). Before feeding, cut the steel plates off.
4). The machine can only handle one to two layers once. If your
radiators are above two layers, cut them into one layer or two
layers before processing.
5). There are 3 feeding holes in the machine comply with copper
center distance 25mm, 21mm and 19mm respectively. So the feeding
width are limited. Before feeding you need to cut wide radiators
narrow to fit feeding hole width.
6). The machine relies on the dual action of blades and pressing
wheel to cut the aluminum shell to separate copper from aluminum.
If the in the output materials, aluminum shell are not separated or
cut too deep, please let the blades and blades shaft are in their
due position by adjusting the knobs on the top of the machine.
