Type of Molds We Build

The mass production molds we have built and shipped include:

• Cold Runner Mould

All the moulds we build for export are according to DME or HASCO standards per customers requirements.

Hot Runner Systems We Use

We mainly use YUDO, MOLDMASTER, MASTERTIP and HUSKY according to customers requirements.

Mold Insert Steels We Use

The mold steels we mostly use include P20, 718/738H, NAK80, 2344, 2316, H13 and S136. These steels can be both imported or China made, depending on customers requirements and budget.

Softwares We Use

Our engineers and designers are using AutoCAD (2D Modeling), Pro/E (3D Modeling), Solidworks (3D Modeling), MasterCAM (CNC Programming), Moldflow (Mould Flow Analysis). We accept product files with PDF, DXF, DWG, IGS, STP, X_T and SLDPRT extensions.

Where to Test Moulds

For all the molds that can be mounted on 450 ton JSW injection machine, they will be tested in house. For all the moulds that need to be tested with the machine above 450 ton, they shall be tested in the professional mold test shops close to our factory, which is about 20 minutes drive away.

Shenghua guarantees no quantity limit for the life of your project. With a one-time upfront tooling fee, we guarantee that we will supply unlimited part quantities for the life of your project. You will never receive an invoice from us for mold repair, mantainence or mold parts replacement as long as the mold stays in our facilities for production.

When order quantities exceed production capacity of the built mold, we can build another mold for free in order to meet your delivery requirement.

The plastic injection molds we build cover a wide range of industries, including home appliances, household, electrical & electronics, medical & labware, premium toys and etc. We are capable of making molds up to 1.5 meters long and 8 ton in weight with our in house mold shop. Our injection shop houses 12 injection machines ranging from 80 ton up to 450 ton. Apart from injection molding in general plastic materials, we have abundant experiences and expertise on molding parts in engineered plastic materials such as nylon with glass fiber, PSU, PEEK and etc., as well as insert molding and over molding. We're also capable of making metal parts (stainless steel, aluminum alloy, brass and etc.) that empoly CNC machining, CNC turning, wire cutting, EDM processing, boring and etc. Various surface finishes can be handled as well, including glass bead blasting, painting, mirror polishing, anodizing and etc.

In addition, we have product assembly lines which enable us to provide our customers with one stop shop services for their new plastic product contract manufacturing projects, starting from product design validation, rapid prototyping, mold making, injection molding, part surface printing, to assembling and finished products shipment.

Factory Owner - Mr. Chan Huishao



Mr. Chan is the sole owner of Shenghua Plastic Mould Factory.

Mr. Chan started his career as an apprentice at a mold factory in Chang'an town of Dongguan back in 1989. Quick to learn and hard working, he became foreman of the mold shop 4 years later. After having been working for the factory for 6 years, he decided to work for himself by setting up a small mold shop of his own.

Shenghua Mould Factory was established by Mr. Chan in the year 2000. With 30+ years of hands on experience on making injection mold and mold design, Mr. Chan is still the chief engineer of the factory who reviews and approves design of every single mold we make.

Debt-free, cash flow positive and going uphill since factory inception, Mr. Chan is the man behind the wheel.
