Product Description:
This plastic PPR pipe extrusion machinery adopts high efficiency single screw extruder, equipped with the PLC controlling system. It can ensure the whole line automatic controlling of high capacity, stable extruding with the suitable changing of different units could realize the production job of PP-R, PE-RT, PB pipe.

The line is mainly used for producing PP-R pipe also used for producing PE-RT, PB, and PE-X resin pipe

PPR/ FR PPR pipe production line is mainly composed of:
1. Autoloaders and dryer,
2. Extruder
3. Vacuum calibration and cooling tank
4. Extended water cooling tank
5. Haul off machine
6. Printer(meter counting printer or ink jet printer)
7. Cutter
8. Stacker

Auxiliary machines:
1. Plastic mixer
2. Water chiller
3. Air compressor

Main advantages:

1. Barrier type screw, by which the material can get good plasticizing at low temperature but high extrusion output.

2. Barrel with feeding groove, material is 38CrMoAl and nitrogen treated, surface hardness is HRC 65-68, which can has a long use life.

3. Millipore type mould with suitable inner compression ratio which can guarantee to produce high quality PPR pipes.

4. High automatic level. The production line is controlled by PLC(touch screen). All parts, like extruder, haul off unit, cutter etc can be controlled by touch screen synchronously.
