4. Raw materials and auxiliary material:
4.1 Technical requirement of raw material:
4.1.1Technical requirement of cathode copper:
Because upward casting system only melt and cast, it can't smelt
with copper. In order to guarantee the quality of light oxygen-free
copper, cathode copper must fit standard GB/T467-1997. The Cu +Ag
can 't be less than 99.95.
4.1.2 Technical requirement of bright wasted cable and wire, small
The material must be bright. It can't include the impurity such as
oxide, plastic, iron, tin, al and so on. Bright wasted cable and
wire must be packed.
4.2 Auxiliary material:
4.2.1 Charcoal: used on liquid's surface of holding furnace or
melting furnace, it requires better sapwood (steel charcoal, plough
charcoal). Its technical requirement as following:
water content: 0.5~1% other volatile: ≤5%
It is not allowed that wooden block , sulfur and iron are included.
The granularity of charcoal is 30-70mm.
4.2.2 Graphite powder: used for cover of liquid's surface of

5.1 Assembly furnace consist of:
5.1.1 Two melting furnaces (induction part) and one holding furnace
5.1.2 Whole cathode copper feeding, whole copper wire feeding after

5.2.2 Drive: derived by 2 sets servo motor at two sides of mounting
plate, each drive 6 radices copper rods
5.2.3 Traction device: consist of two group synchronal draw-off

cylinder, droved by take-up bobbin and drive device, regulated

regulating contactor (except for some huge specification),
intermediate relay, thermorelay etc made by SIEMENS in China,
contactors for take-up, pay-off transducer are made by SIEMENS in
China or SCHNEIDER. Buttons and indicator light are Japanese brand.

5.5 Temperature measure
5.5.1 Display: two cupreous liquid temperature displays, water's
temperature is reflect by water thermometer.
5.5.2 Thermocouple: platinum rhodium - platinum 1150mm
5.6 Liquid position track:
5.6.1 Automatic and manual (it must be changed to manual operation,
after furnace run for one month)
5.6.2 Precision of liquid position track: ±10mm
