DZL series is a kind of horizontal three-return fire/water tube
chain grate stoker boiler, using middle bituminous coal and
anthracite. Boiler proper is Single pot of tube longitudinal
layout, and in the drum, it arranges spirally corrugated tube to
make up of convective bank. Drum and two-side water cooled wall
compose Radiation heating furnace. Combustion equipment adopt light
chain stokers, and integral fast loading when leaving factory. The
electrical control stoker realize step-less speed regulation, and
limit parameter alarm and interlock protection.
Eight Features of DZL series New Type Fire Tube Boiler
1. Strong output and keep steady
As adopting high-efficient heat-transfer spirally corrugated tube,
and applying design of heat transfer and flow resistance
technology. This kind of boiler actual output is generally more
than 10-15% of famous brand output. Because of reasonable choice of
geometry size of spirally corrugated tube and smoke speed, in
normal condition, spirally corrugated tube can’t deposit ash and
wear out. So thermal efficiency and output can’t decrease when
operating time extend.
2. Small dimension, and low investment cost of stoke hold
Since adopting spirally corrugated tube, the hot water boiler whose
output water temperature less than 130°C and steam boiler whose
volume small all can cancel tail heating surface. Besides, in the
same boiler types, the height of boiler is lower. So the boiler
dimension is the smallest, which makes investment of stokehold
decrease 1/3 at least
3. No special protection when power failure happens suddenly
As hot water type adopt combination cycle water volume is big, when
power failure happens, you don’t need to take special protection
measures to prevent damage accidents which vaporize between heating
surface and medium of boiler.
4. High net efficiency
As main convection bank spirally corrugated tube is in boiler
shell, it won’t leak cold air to smoke. In addition, canceling tail
heating surface make amounts of leakage of cold air less and reduce
heat loss. Secondly, as hot water type adopt combination cycle and
cancel economize, water resistance loss of boiler proper is less
than 0.05Mpa. These make Cycle energy consumption decrease greatly,
and its descending is more than the added value of smoke resistance
losses of spirally corrugated tube. So its net efficiency is the
highest in all kinds of boilers.
5. Fasting Heating
As large amounts of spirally corrugated tubes are in boiler medium,
and half of outside surface of the boilers are heated, those cause
heating-up time is faster than other boilers
6. Low original discharged dust consistence
Because of big furnace volume, we set new type arch, and at the
back of furnace, we set up dust separation turned room to ensure
original discharged dust consistence is lower than national smoke
emission standard.
7. Short installation time, low cost
As it adopts assembling and semi assembling, its installation
period and cost reduce will be 1/3 of that of other boilers.
8. Strong adaptability of water quality
As choosing new rising tube structure, it raise rising water cycle
flow rate, force disturbance of the drum at the bottom of the
water, and avoid Sedimentary sundry and deposition. Comparing to
other boilers, adaptability of water quality is strong.
