Urea melting granulation technology combins the advantages of both agglomerating granulation process and slurry process together, which can improve the output of production obviously. Moreover the grain of the product is smooth and moist, high-intensive, and not easy to be agglomerate. It is adaptable to the raw material and prescription in the production which can use all urea as nitrogen atomic. Product has wide adaptability and little side-effect. Chief products give priority to compound fertilizer with high-concentration and high-nitrogen such as 15-15-15, 16-16-16 compound fertilizers and 20-17-11 high-effect compound fertilizer.
Advantages:
1.Enterprises that do not produce urea can buy urea to melt and spray granulation. For the enterprise that own production equipment of urea can directly produce compound fertilizer by urea liquid of 95%. The cost of each ton of compound fertilizer can save RMB 100.00 compared with the enterprise bought urea directly.
2. Urea liquid is not only a sticky material but liquid phase that takes part in the process of granulation which can supply certain heat to raise the temperature of material in the process and reduce the moisture of material, which is favourable to balling, drying and lower the load of drying. Consumption of coal falls into 20kg/t from 27kg/t.
3. It can produce different kinds of production, which content of nutrient ranging from 20% to 52%. Wide range of adjusting distribution of nutrient and great flexibility of operation, at the same time, it is also adapt to exploitation of variety, especially for the production of high-nitrogen compound fertilizer.
4. Quality of product is improved obviously and quality index reach the standard of GB15063-2001. Grain is round and smooth faced while intensity of anti-press has been improved from 13~15N to 16~20N. The fertilizer process has advantage of water-solubility, low moisture, non-agglomeration with anti-agglomeration.
5. It adopts low-temperature speedy fusion method to melt urea. Under
the condition of no water, urea melts speedily between 110-125, which not only guarantees the concentration of urea above 99%, but prevents the increasing of content of biuret.
