Specifications:

Deep groove ball bearings are available in a variety of sizes, and are the most popular of all rolling bearings. This type of bearing supports radial load and a certain degree of axial load in both directions simultaneously.

Shielded/sealed type

- Simplifies sealing structure of applications.

- Greasing is not necessary because bearings are pre-lubricated.

With locating snap ring

- Bearings with a locating snap ring can be fit to the housing easily, as the locating snap ring facilitates axial positioning.

Extra-small ball bearings and miniature ball bearings

- The open type is widely used. Also available are the shielded/sealed type and the flanged type; the latter is easily positioned in the axial direction.

Maximum type ball bearings

- These bearings are single-row deep groove ball bearings with a filling slot on both the inner and outer rings. They feature an enhanced radial load rating as they can contain more balls of larger diameter.

- Not suitable for applications that involve axial loading or high-speed rotation.

- When the bearing is installed, the filling slot on the fixed bearing ring should be in a no-load area.

Our chairman Wang Yaocai entered the bearing industry in 1983. In 1999, Wuxi Yongsheng Bearing Co., Ltd. was founded and entered the Chinese market. Mainly in domestic business. 2004, Our own factory was founded, Wuxi Shenxi Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. 2006, SXM brand was established, and started producing spherical rollers from 2006. With rich experience in supplying spherical rollers to F'A'G, TWB, etc, we got high reputation in bearing parts industry. Later we started producing spherical roller bearings with OD 52-440mm, ID 25-280mm, covering CC, CA, MB, MA, E, E1, BS cage type. We mainly focus on domestic end user market, and started exporting few years back.

We have two factories, old one is in Wuxi, the new one is in Shandong. Our boss is from Shandong, gradually we have moved back and invested a factory in year of 2016, considering the better supply chain, cheaper labor cost there. Our Shandong factory covers an area of 8500 ㎡ and have 70 workers. Now Shandong factory mainly produce small and middle size spherical roller bearing.

We also have an assembly line of taper roller bearing. For the goods out of our production range, we do out-source from our reliable partners, and do the quality inspection by ourselves to double guarantee the quality.

2015-2018, we are committed to participating in domestic and international industry exhibitions, hardware exhibitions, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Russia, and developing local agents. Currently, we are investigating Europe and the United States. In 2018, we will sell 35 million domestic sales and export sales of 15 million. RMB.
