companies covering a total land area of 90,000 square meters with
an annual capacity of 1,600 tons. We specialize in manufacturing
various elastic yarns, textile machines and rabbit hair products.
Our product line includes:
- Spandex-covered and double-covered yarn: this yarn uses 20D to
1,120D spandex on the inside and 30D to 200D nylon on the outside.
Other varieties include viscose, cotton yarn, animal fabric and
other filaments
- Latex-covered and double-covered yarn: this yarn uses #23 to #110
latex and the outer yard consists of polyester or other fiber
- 100 percent rabbit hair yarns, sweaters, scarves and socks
- Various types of machinery
Special Equipment to Produce Rabbit Hair Textiles
Our equipment from Italy including modern spinning machines can
make rabbit hair products with various specifications, such as 24s
to 80s. Our rabbit hair product capacity reaches 500 tons annually,
which are antistatic, and shrink- and pilling-resistant.
Moreover, our machinery department has the capability to produce
high-speed cone winders, covered yarn machines and auto-winding
molding machines with high performance and automated features.
Each Product Undergoes Strict QC
All of our products are thoroughly inspected and we adhere to ISO
9001:2000 guidelines. Yarns spun into a paper cone and are packed
in a PE bag before being placed in the shipping carton. These
products are exported to the US, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands
and the UK.
