Introduction and Application:
Fat analyzer, also known as crude fat analyzer instrument. It is used to measure fat content, oil content in grain, feed and other oil product. Fat analyzer is designed according to Soxhlet principle using the weight measuring method to determine the fat content.
The Fat Analyzer is composed of heating system, solvent extraction system and cooling recovery system. Operator can set the on the reagent boiling point and adjust the heating temperature, the sample in the extraction process repeated soaking and extraction to achieve rapid determination of purpose.
Working Principle:
Dissolve fat in organic solution to and using the soxhlet extraction method to separate the fat, then dry and weight to calculate the fat content. ..
