AXP-602B and AXP-803 are the high performance silver copper
alloy filled conductive coatings. They can be used for the places
where need EMI/RFI shielding or to earth to get rid of static
electricity. They are base materials of Chinese Coercive
Certificate Product (CCC). They are easy to be painted on the
internal walls of different components, and to achieve the
requirement of shielding and insulating from electromagnetic wave.
They are applied to the internal wall of the equipment for
military, aerospace, communication, electronic and computer. They
can also be used for the wall painting of secret room, warehouse
and other shielded projects. In case of receiving same shielding
effectiveness, these coatings are easier to construction and less
costly than the tangible shielding materials. Thus the overall
design of the project is simple and fast.
These coatings can also be used on the internal wall of the
housings of cell phone, computer, precision instrument which the
substrates are PC, PS, ABS, metal or composite material. They can

Surface treatment for the part to be painted
The base material should be clean, dry and smooth; Clean the
surface of the base material with alcohol or special solvent.
Mixing and diluting
