| The equipment is of the electrical and mechanical independent type and mainly formed by a central control power supply, a magnetizing device, a feeder, a workpiece conveyor, a supporting rack lifting rotating device, a waste product judging device, a discharging device, etc. It is mainly used for pipe ends of various steel pipes. For adapting to the mass-batch detection, the automatic charging and discharging structure is adopted, the main circuit adopts the international circuit, logic break phase control and remote method automatic demagnetization; it can use different clamps according to customers’ demands to fit different workpieces; and the whole detection process is under PLC control, and the detection efficiency is high. The equipment is the detection equipment special for pipe ends of steel pipes. |
