Hardened Gear Reducer

TY introduced the advanced SD. SV. SE. KD. KE and KZ series case hardened gear reducer from German FLENDER AG'--the only Know-How Contract in PR China in the end of 80's. The gear units are designed according to unit construction principles, with systematic grading of sizes, dimensions, and transmission ratios to preferred numbers for which the carbonized case-hardened and ground gears made of selected alloy steel are available. High-capacity dimensioned rolling bearings, rigid, torsion-resistant housing in modern style of grey cast iron, and reliable splash lubrication of gears and bearings.
Additional options to standard design:
--Housing of nodular cast iron or fabricated steel.
--Fan cooling or cooling coil.
--Fan cooling plus cooling coil.
--Pressure lubrication.
--Backstop.
Precision of cylindrical gears are of Grade 6, DIN 3962 & DIN 3963 and gear strength calculation according to DIN 3990
Precision and strength calculation of bevel gears are in accordance with KN 3028--KLINGELBEG's standard.
