Victor Ribeiro is at Fazendo Media since the first program. April 10^th 2003. he works with pre-production and production on the TV programme, as video editor, with Breno Costa. This parnership also exists on air, when they present the last part of the program together. 

Born to be wild at Tree Day (September 21^st) in 1983, he doesn’t like only to present and to edit. “I like too much to report from the streets. Report work fascinates me. Be there, talking with people, showing what others don’t know is very nice”, says Victor. He studies Jornalisma at “Universidade Federal Fluminense” (Federal Fluminense University) and works at a comercial station, radio Fluminense FM.

About media, Victor is realistc. “I don’t think utopias can finish this system suddenly. I believe in progressive changes. To be realistic, is very diferent from to accept. I don’t accept when I see, for exemple, the cynicism practiced in some medias. There are reporters that seem not to see real things. They try to dissemble situations, in a criminal way. This cynicism is the first thing that has to be fall. Our funtion is show to everyone this usual behavior at the news backstage and claim the reporters to do their work with more responsability and honesty. I hope someday we’ll sucessfull”, explains.
